a letter to my boyz regarding AIM

Dear Gavin and Grant,

You are capable of catching a 9" circumference baseball in a glove opening less than 8" wide.

You are proficient at banging an 8" circumference tennis ball with a 10" racket in the front driveway.

You are adept at knocking the cover off a 9" circumference baseball with an 8" circumference baseball bat when thrown at you from over 30 feet away.

You can swish a basketball 27 inches in circumference into a hoop only a few inches larger 8 feet in the air.

Heck, you are talented enough to hit an aluminum can less than 8" tall with a 6mm bb from a gun over 20 feet away.

CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME, THEN, WHY YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF GETTING A STREAM OF LIQUID A FEW MM WIDE FROM YOUR BODY INTO AN OPENING 11" X 12" WHEN YOU ARE STANDING LESS THAN SIX INCHES AWAY FROM IT????!!!?!?!?!?!?

KEEP BELIEVING

  2. Amazingly, my two have been remarkably good aimers most of the time, and I don't know why that is. Your complaint is the norm!

I say, SIT, then, for crying out loud. :-)

    Have a good day, Angie.

  4. Angie, I am laughing at this, b/c just yesterday I googled,"how to get rid of the urine smell in my bathroom". It doesn't matter how often I clean it or what I use, the smell in the bathroom is always there! If you have any suggestions, I will take them!

  6. oh how i feel your pain!! try 3 little 'aimless' creatures all with the same conspiracy-make the powder room smell like anything but powder!!! wish i had a cure- not one to be found. web m.d. does not even have it listed in their symptom checker!!!! one thing i do have to say, is that home depot has a removable toilet seat- it just snaps on and off. you can take the whole thing off and soak it in the kitchen sink in bleach (see that is disgusting too!) and then put it back in the line of fire for another day! :)

  10. LOL!!! Oh, yes, the dreaded pee stained toilet and floor. I'm sorry to say that it gets worse when all their friends start hanging out at your house all the time. It's bad enough cleaning up after your own kids, but the whole neighborhood? Grosses me out!

  15. I've been reading and following for sometime now but I don't think I've ever commented. This post cracked me up! My grown husband and nearly 17 year old son still have aim issues.

p.s. I left you an award at my place. :)
